Since the beginning, dispute resolution has been a central part of our business and the majority of our lawyers specialize in commercial disputes. We always strive to resolve disputes in a flexible and cost-effective manner, if possible at an early stage. We understand the importance of avoiding lengthy disputes, especially when there is a continuing commercial relationship between the parties.
Process and approach
Our expertise in dispute resolution extends to many industries. Based on our extensive experience and expertise, we conduct thorough risk assessments of potential lawsuits and advise on how each stage of the process should best be managed to achieve our clients´ interests. We often negotiate with the opposing party at an early stage to try to reach a favorable settlement for our client and we assist in drafting settlement agreements. If a settlement can´t be reached, we represent our client in further proceedings, whether before the general courts or in arbitration.
